Is the Villa Easily Accessible?
The Villa is almost at street level with 3 steps difference only at the entrance to the interior. The entire outdoor area as well as the parking lot are at the same level

Leaving the Villa in the first 150 meters you will find the 1st super market as well as everything else you need from grocery stores.
How close is the sea?
Villa Pandesia is located approximately 600 meters from the sea, which is about a 7–9 minute walk from the nearest beaches of Afitos, such as Varkes Beach, Liosi Beach and the main beach of Afitos.
Afitos is built on a hill, so the path to the beach is mainly downhill, while on the way back there is a bit of an uphill walk. The beaches have clear waters and beautiful views of the Toroneos Gulf.
How far is the Villa from the airport?
Villa Pandesia in Afitos is approximately 72–75 kilometers by road from Thessaloniki Airport Makedonia, with a travel time of approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour by car or taxi.
By taxi or private transfer the cost usually ranges from approximately 70–100€, depending on the time and season.
